Website Use

AliGoBo provides YouTube growth services such as likes, views, comments and subscribers. By purchasing any Services, you agree that (a) you have the authority to make such a purchase, (b) you have the authority to use or access the social media account linked to the purchase, and (c) you will not use the Services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose whatsoever.

You acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that refunds will only be offered in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Refund Policy posted on AliGoBo.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstance shall AliGoBo be responsible for any damages, liabilities, or losses, whether sounding in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of your use of AliGoBo or the Services. You understand and acknowledge that your use of the Services is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AliGoBo from any claim arising out of, relating to, or connected with your use of AliGoBo or the Services.

Conduct

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes, and not to compromise the security of the website, render it inaccessible to others, or cause damage to the content, service or website.

Confidential Information

AliGoBo shall keep confidential any information you submit as it relates to the processing of any order for Services. Any other material or information sent to the website will be considered non-confidential.

Correction of Inaccuracies

AliGoBo reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in the content on the website, or to change and update the content at any time without giving prior notice.

Provisions

This Terms of Service Agreement with AliGoBo constitutes the entire agreement between all parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Termination of Service

The term of this Agreement begins upon AliGoBo’s acceptance of your order and ends when terminated by either party. If AliGoBo determines, in its sole discretion, that you are abusing the system, your account will be terminated.

Third-Party Marketing Campaigns

You may not run other marketing campaigns while your AliGoBo marketing campaign is running. Other campaigns may interfere with public statistics used to measure results.

Campaign Duration

We cannot and do not guarantee how long your marketing campaign will take. Any estimated timeframe is only a guideline to help customers plan ahead.

Pausing Campaigns

By signing up for AliGoBo’s services, you agree that AliGoBo reserves the right to pause your campaign for any reason and without notice when necessary for safe and proper delivery.

Account/Video Modification

You may not change, modify, or remove your account, username, or video while your AliGoBo campaign is running. Doing so may interrupt service and make the order ineligible for refund.

Social Media Accounts

AliGoBo shall not be liable for accounts or videos removed due to your interaction with our services. All purchases are made at your own risk.

Over-Delivery of Service

AliGoBo may over-deliver services (Extras). Extras are intended as a buffer and are not covered by retention guarantee or replacement obligations.

Retention Guarantee

AliGoBo offers a limited retention guarantee on some services, at AliGoBo’s discretion. Conditions apply and determinations are final and non-appealable.

Retention Guarantee is void if: (1) you order from another provider, (2) your account had prior reductions, (3) your account/video is made private or inaccessible, or (4) you block/delete/ban delivered engagement.

When you sign up, we may add your email to our opt-in list for important service updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
